Yes, we ship to the United States. Please read "US and International Orders - Tariffs & Duties" for further information with regards to shipping.

Your order will be processed 1-3 business days after it is placed. You will receive an email notification when your package ships and we will include tracking information.

We ship out of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Shipments that cross the border, orders may be subject to import fees, tariffs, duties, and taxes. These charges are determined by customs authorities and are not set or collected by Orange Fashion Village. As such, we are not responsible for any additional fees incurred after shipment.

You must contact us within 14 days of receipt of your package to inform us of a return and we will assist you in the process. It is rare that items arrive damaged, but it can happen. If you feel your product is defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your package by emailing orangefashionvillage@gmail.com or calling us at 1-866-646-5531 during our business ours of 10 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time, Monday to Friday. Our specialists will assess your situation, issue you a written authorization number, and guide you through the process.

We cannot process exchanges or returns for items purchased from a third party vendor. If you run into issues with a product purchased at a store or through a different party’s website, please contact that vendor for their return policy.
