Shipping
Yes, we ship to the United States. Please read "US and International Orders - Tariffs & Duties" for further information with regards to shipping.
Your order will be processed 1-3 business days after it is placed. You will receive an email notification when your package ships and we will include tracking information.
We ship out of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Shipments that cross the border, orders may be subject to import fees, tariffs, duties, and taxes. These charges are determined by customs authorities and are not set or collected by Orange Fashion Village. As such, we are not responsible for any additional fees incurred after shipment.
Please note that all U.S. orders are final sale and are not eligible for return.
Sizing
Our sizes range from a size 4 to a size 18. Please take a look at the size chart at the top bar available on all items for specifics.
Our plus size cover sizes 16-18.
Returns & Exchanges
Yes, we do accept returns that meet our policies. Items must be new and unworn with tags attached and original packaging. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your package to inform us of a return and we will assist you in the process. It is rare that items arrive damaged, but it can happen. If you feel your product is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your package by emailing contact@orangefashionvillage.com or calling us at 1-866-646-5531 during our business ours of 10 AM to 6 PM Eastern, Monday to Friday. Our specialists will assess your situation, issue you a written authorization number, and guide you through the process.
We cannot process exchanges or returns for items purchased from a third party vendor. If you run into issues with a product purchased at a store or through a different party’s website, please contact that vendor for their return policy.
